Josh’s Boot Camp was founded by Josh Schlottman in 2009 as a way for Napa Valley residents to help reach their fitness goals.  Many of the participants of his Napa boot camp can testify to the effectiveness of Josh’s workouts as an effective way to get in shape and boost self-confidence.

At Josh’s Boot Camp we see absolutely no boundaries in the potential of our participants.  We strive to focus on the best of every person and it serves as our inspiration and motivation to keep pushing the boundaries in health and wellness.  This is why we have created proven research backed fat loss programs to help people reach their ultimate potential.  This is our passion and also our mission.

Meet Trainer Josh

Josh Schlottman is an expert in strength and conditioning training and is the #1 personal trainer in the Napa Valley with a decade of personal training experience. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He owns and operates a 1000+ calorie burning fat loss boot camp in the Napa Valley.

Josh uses his Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Sacramento State University and his CSCS certification to develop the most cutting edge rapid fat loss diet and training programs. He additionally runs a blog focusing on fitness and health which is home to more than 80,000 unique visitors per month. In 2011 he authored the Flat Belly Formula which combines the latest research on diet and training to turn one’s body into a fat burning machine.
