Although these workouts are going to push you outside of your comfort zone I’m never going to make you do more than your physically capable of. Fortunately all of our exercises have different progressions so a beginner may do a “Level 1″ version of an exercise while a more advance member could do a “Level 2″ or “Level 3″ version. We have people who haven’t worked out in years and we have some who have worked out their whole lives, but everybody will get those amazing results.
I ask that you try to attend 5/6 boot camp workouts so you can keep changing your body. I understand we have a lot of things going on but to transform your body and see significant results you should come to five out of every 6 sessions.
From my experiencing and training 816 different clients over the years I’ve found that saying you just “don’t have enough time” is really just an excuse for procrastination. We’re all pressed for time but you have to take a step back and ask yourself if your health is worth an extra few hours a week.
All you have to bring is a positive attitude. Make sure you wear some athletic clothing and tennis shoes. Also you may want to bring a water bottle but even if you don’t we have a drinking fountain and a bathroom inside the facility. Be sure to NOT come on an empty stomach, you’ll get lightheaded and maybe a little dizzy during the workout. Try to eat something light 30-60 minutes before the workout begins. After you signup there maybe will be 1 or 2 things you’ll need to pick up to enhance your results but they’ll be on the cheap side for sure.
No. I’ve found through experience that the best results will come when you’re consistently working out and I would be doing you a disservice if I allowed anything less than then best. Just popping in every once in a while will unfortunately not get you the results you’re looking for.

Most people will feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. Soreness is a part of the training process that lets you know you are getting better! After the first 1-2 weeks your body will begin to adjust and you’ll find that you’re rarely super sore. We do provide Foam Rolling and Corrective Stretching Strategies before and after every session to aid with the recovery and injury-prevention.
Your results vary on your commitment to your training and nutrition program. 70-80% of your success will be determined by your nutrition. Members can feel great results in as short as 1 week and see visual changes in a few weeks. In order to see maximal results you must stick to the nutrition program we give you and attend all our boot camp workouts.
Yes, the number one most important component of any weight and fat loss program is NUTRITION. We provide every one of our boot camp members with a tried and proven Simple Nutrition Rules before the start of camp. We also provide additional social support through email and phone coaching calls for those who feel like they need the added accountability and support.
Yes, but only in a motivating and healthy manner. We don’t abuse, harass or degrade you. We only use positive reinforcement and encouragement along with some fun jokes now and again. Our Napa boot camp is NON-MILITARY style.
Wear comfortable, soft, breathable clothes and materials. Definitely no jeans or work boots, try to avoid anything too baggy because it will make it difficult to analyze your posture and proper positioning during exercises. Be sure your workout sneakers have good support and that they are clean (this will help us provide you with a clean training facility).
