In this blog post I’m going to share with you one of my favorite little gadgets I like to use in my Napa boot camp and this Gymboss review is going to tell you all about it.  When I’m teaching my Napa boot camp it’s a little difficult to be able to keep track of the work sets while I’m watching to make sure that everybody is keep good form on the exercises.  So I knew it wasn’t going to be practical to keep looking down at my watch every 5 seconds to make sure that I was doing everything right.

Then one of my fitness friends told me about a little gadget that would automatically keep track of all your work and rest sets and it was called the Gymboss interval timer.  I was fortunate enough to convince my friend to let me try it out so I was able to get the low down on this awesome little device.  I wanted to mention in this Gymboss review that I didn’t think that this little gadget was going to be worth a nickel but I was shocked to see how useful it was.

First Outing For This Gymboss Review Research

On my first Napa boot camp outing with the Gymboss timer I just set it once and I set it to vibrate when the work set had completed.  I sudden relief fell over me and I no longer felt like I had to constantly stare down at my watch to make sure that we were on time with our sets.  I could now place all of my focus on my Napa boot camp members and they were glad to see that I was know paying more attention to them.

Wrapping up this Gymboss Review – Should You Get One?

My Gymboss review is undoubtedly going to be positive because this thing isn’t very expensive and it’s pretty darn sturdy as well.  I’ve dropped it well over a few times and it still works perfectly.  I would recommend picking up one of these babies for your own workouts as well just so you can put all your efforts into completing the exercises.  I hope you liked my Gymboss review!
