Many of my Napa Boot Camp members have been asking a lot of questions lately on how to lose belly fat so I thought I’d make a blog post tell you some of the best secrets you should be implementing into your lifestyle to do so. I know were already working out three times a week with some pretty intense workouts but I want to take things to another level and tell you what you should be doing outside of our Boot Camp sessions in order to lose belly fat fast and effectively. It’s easy for you to come the Boot Camp and get your butt kicked for an hour but once you leave the Boot Camp you’re pretty much going to be out on your own and you have to practice some self-discipline in order to see some awesome results. How to Lose Belly Fat with HIIT

When it comes to doing workouts on your off days I would recommend implementing high-intensity interval training which will burn belly fat fast even though it can be exceedingly more difficult than standard cardiovascular exercise. So how did you high-intensity interval training? First you are going to pick out a piece of cardio equipment and today will just take sprinting as our example. Also of course he going to want to make sure that you’re not eating any of the bad stuff such as grains, sugar, artificial sweeteners and an unhealthy fats such as margarine. The bulk of your diet should be healthy whole foods which are organic and are naturally occurring in nature such as meats and vegetables and he should be eating fruit very sparingly.

The reason I don’t recommend eating too much fruit is because it contains a lot of sugar which will cause you to gain belly fat rather than burn it off and if your number one goal is weight loss than fruit should not be in your diet at all. I would also recommend very much limiting your dairy intake to only raw milk because it will also spike your insulin levels causing you to gain fat and be overweight. Is going to take some work to make these lifestyle changes but if you’re serious about reaching your goals and this is going to be a necessity. It won’t be fun at first but eventually after sticking to these habits they’ll become more easier and it’ll feel natural to do so. So keep sticking with the Boot Camp so you’ll know how to lose belly fat along with practicing these offbeat strategies you should be seeing yourself losing weight and feeling great in your new body.
