In this blog post I’m going to share with you some of my favorite boot camp exercises that I’ve found to burn the most fat possible in the least amount of time. If you unaware of my Napa boot camp then you’ll get a feel for how I run my boot camp workouts with this video below.
These boot camp exercises are great because they’re compound exercises that are so intense that they’ll increase your metabolic rate so you’ll burn more calories long after you finish working out. The reason behind this is a little thing called metabolic disturbance which is basically your body attempting to bring itself back to it’s normal state after such an intense boot camp workout.
But just knowing my Napa boot camp exercises isn’t enough because you’re going to need to know how to put them together into an awesome fat burning workout and to do that all you’re going to have to do is watch the video below.
The methodology to my training is called metabolic interval training and it has been proven through research to burn significantly more calories than just about any other type of training. You’ll end your workouts faster but the big tradeoff is you’re going to have to work your butt off.
The main principle behind metabolic interval training is that you perform exercises in alternating sets between very intense period followed by a lesser intense period with compound multi-joint total body exercises which have been proven to increase your metabolism. This is my 1-2 combination for fat loss that I use in my Napa boot camp and has been very effective in helping my clients change their physiques.
